Pre and Post Trauma Scene Cleanup at a Hotel

SERVPRO of Media was called to a hotel to perform trauma cleanup services after an incident resulted in blood pooling on the carpet. Our technicians arrived after police and medical personnel had vacated the room. The assessment found the blood and tissue had saturated a small area of carpet about the size of a football between the bed and dresser and other fluids nearby. 

With empathy and respect to all present,  SERVPRO technicians began the cleaning process, following OSHA and EPA protocols to properly remove and dispose of the blood, tissue and fluids. They then cleaned and sanitized the area leaving no trace of the trauma.
